PRINCIPAL:

DAVID WEITZEL - David has been in the building construction industry since 1982 with experience ranging from remodeling through large custom homes and small multi-family projects. He was, for more than five years, half owner of a company constructing residential building projects. For the last 14 years, he has been owner of Weitzel Construction, Inc. Prior job experience includes work in consulting civil engineering. He has a bachelors from Clarkson University and a masters degree from Purdue University in that field.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENTS:

DAVID STATES - David has 16 years experience in a lead carpenter position including multiple site coordination. His previous experience includes work in the marketing and financial fields and he holds a B.S. in business management.

STEVE ARMSTRONG - Steve has a wide range of carpentry experience in both residential new and remodeling work. His experience spans 18 years.  He also holds a B.S. in biology and graduate work in genetics.
